§13300.
Amount of Bond to Be Deposited
with Labor Commissioner.
The bond to be deposited with the Labor
Commissioner pursuant to the provisions of Labor
Code Section 270.5(a)(2) shall be in an amount
equal to the highest contemplated payroll of the
employer for any period for which a single payment
of wages is made, or for four calendar weeks,
whichever is the longer.
