§12000.2.
Application and Documents
in Proper Form.
If the application and/or the required
documents are not in proper form or contain any
provisions contrary to law when submitted and
are not corrected and resubmitted in proper form
within 30 days after written notice from the Labor
Commissioner, the license applied for will be
denied without prejudice to either the submission
of a new application or the required documents
in proper form.
