§12003.2.
Approval of the Labor Commissioner
for Reproduction of Approved Contract Forms.
No form of contract which incorporates
substantial changes in the form of contract previously
approved shall be reproduced again unless the
same shall be submitted to the Labor Commissioner
for approval and shall not be reproduced again
prior to the granting of approval and written
consent by the Labor Commissioner.
