§13201.
Contents of Registration.
Registration shall show:
(a) Name and address of registrant.
(b) Social Security number.
(c) Union affiliation, if any.
(d) Age.
(e) Height.
(f) Weight.
(g) Color hair.
(h) Color eyes.
