§12033.
Custody of Papers Filed with the Labor Commissioner.
All papers on file in the office of
the Labor Commissioner shall remain in his or
her custody, and no paper on file therein shall
be taken from the Labor Commissioner's office,
unless the same is subpoenaed in an action pending
before a court of competent jurisdiction; except
that documents introduced by the parties into
evidence may be withdrawn upon stipulation of
the parties or by their respective representatives.
