Definition of "DIVISION."
As used herein,
the term "DIVISION" hall mean the DIVISION OF
LABOR STANDARDS ENFORCEMENT of the Department
of Industrial Relations of the State of California,
formerly called DIVISION OF LABOR LAW ENFORCEMENT.
