Article 1. Unloading of Farm Products in the
Markets of San Mateo, Alameda, and San Francisco
§13261.
Drivers Unloading.
Drivers
of a vehicle transporting produce to a particular
market subject to these regulations, and co-drivers
of the same vehicle accompanying such driver, where
the distance of transport to market involves out-of-state
travel, or travel involving such distance as would
ordinarily require two drivers, shall not be prohibited
from unloading said trucks and shall be exempt from
the registration provisions of these regulations;
and such drivers shall not be subject to charge
or fee for unloading their truck nor shall such
drivers be required to employ any person for unloading
said vehicle.
