§13624.
Effect of Invalid Sections.
Every section or part of this order is
declared to be separate and independent of every
other section or part and if any section or part
of this order is declared invalid, said construction
shall not invalidate any of the remaining sections
or parts of said order, but the same shall remain
in full force and effect as if the invalid portion
had never been enacted.
(This is Prohibitory
Order No. 1 in the Garment Manufacturing Industry.
