§12003.4.
Fee Schedule.
Fee schedules posted, as required by
Labor Code Section 1700.24, shall be printed or
lettered in a size no less than Twelve-Point Cheltenham
Roman Type or its equivalent. The printing or
lettering shall be in a legible style and there
shall be adequate separation between the various
classifications. Each fee schedule, when submitted
to the Labor Commissioner, must have a clear space
of at least 2 1/2 inches at the bottom to permit
certification.
