Article 1. Unloading of Farm Products in the
Markets of San Mateo, Alameda, and San Francisco
§13267.
Fee.
The fee is set by the Director of the Department
of Industrial Relations pursuant to Section 57042
of the Food and Agricultural Code at $400; and the
fee is payable by produce dealers and shall be for
the exclusive use in administering the provisions
of Chapter 8.5 of Division 20 of the Food and Agricultural
Code.
(a) Fees shall be due and payable on or before January
1 of each year, to the Fiscal Officer, Division
of Labor Standards Enforcement, P.O. Box 420603,
San Francisco, California 94142-0603.
(b) Checks should be made payable as follows: PRODUCE
UNLOADING FUND.
