Form of Contracts Must Be
Approved.
Approval
of the form of contract as required by Labor Code
Section 1700.23 will be indicated by an endorsement
thereon by the Labor Commissioner which must be
retained by the talent agency, or by a letter
from the Labor Commissioner that the contract
adopted by the talent agency has been endorsed
by the Labor Commissioner.
