§11752. Issuance
of Permit to Employ Minor.
The Division of
Labor Standards Enforcement (hereinafter called
"Division") shall issue a "Permit to Employ Minors"
if the conditions as to permissible work or activity,
as prescribed by Sections 11701, 11703, 11705,
and 11707 of this Article, are satisfied.
