§12030.
Proceedings May Be Reported.
Any
proceedings held before the Labor Commissioner
may be reported. The person desiring the reporting
shall bear the expense thereof, and if the testimony
is transcribed, a copy of this transcript shall
be furnished without cost to the Labor Commissioner.
