1. Enforcement of Industrial Homework Act (Sections
13600 - 13604)
§13601. Records.
(a) Industrial homeworkers shall keep an accurate
count of the hours they work daily, and shall record
said hours required in the handbook furnished by
the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. The
homeworker shall submit regularly to the employer
all information regarding hours worked which are
required for his (her) records.
(b) The record keeping required of an employer of
industrial homeworkers shall include an accurate
recording of the hours worked during the pay roll
period as reported by each industrial homeworker,
and these hours shall be posted to the same record
as wages. Industrial homeworkers shall be designated
as such on the pay roll records.
