Article 1. Unloading of Farm Products in the
Markets of San Mateo, Alameda, and San Francisco
§13265.
Registration, Revocation or
Denial.
The Commissioner may deny or revoke a
registration issued to any unloader on the following
grounds for the following time periods:
(a) conviction of any criminal offense or adverse
judgment for activity involving the market shall
be grounds for revocation or denial for a period
of three (3) years;
(b) conviction of any felony shall be grounds for
revocation or denial for a period of two (2) years;
(c) Failure of a registered unloader to report such
conviction or adverse judgments shall be grounds
for an additional denial or revocation period of
two (2) years.
