§13673.2.
Registration Void, When
(a) Registration of any
transporter/supervisor shall become void upon termination
of his (her) employment with the employer to whom he
(she) is registered, and shall be surrendered to the
Labor Commissioner.
(b) Registration of any
employer shall become void when there is a change of
the form of the legal entity or when the employer ceases
operations, and shall be surrendered to the Labor Commissioner.
