§12003.6.
Regulations Do Not Affect
Prior Contracts.
These
rules and regulations shall not apply to contracts
heretofore entered into between talent agencies
and artists, if the same have been approved by
the Labor Commissioner and said contracts do not
contain any provisions contrary to law.
