§11758. Sanctions
for Violation of the Labor Code or Regulations.
Any misdemeanor
violation of any Labor Code provision respecting
child labor, or any violation of these regulations
may constitute grounds for denying a Permit to
Employ Minors in the entertainment industry, or
for suspending or revoking any such permit.
