§11750. Scope of
Regulations and Definitions.
(a) For the purpose
of these regulations the term "minors" shall be
defined in accordance with Section 1286(c) of
the Labor Code; except that, with respect to the
number of hours a minor may be allowed to work,
"minor" shall include those minors under six (6)
years of age.
