      s 13-1161.3. Marking.

      (a) Applicability. Shippers and carriers shall comply with the marking 
      requirements contained in 49 CFR Part 172, Subpart D (commencing with 
      Section 172.300), and 49 CFR 177.823.

      (b) Hazardous materials proper shipping names and identification numbers 
      shall not be marked on packagings when prohibited by 49 CFR 172.303.
