      s 14-1545.8. Special Treatment Areas.

      No practice may be performed in special treatment areas except in such 
      cases where the area has been substantially damaged or where the proposed 
      practice will improve the resource values which have prompted the 
      appropriate public agency to designate the area a special treatment area. 
      In any case, an environmental review shall be conducted in the manner set 
      forth in 14 CAC 1532.2 for all projects within special treatment areas.
