      s 14-1569. Resource Protection Guidelines.

      Resource Protection Guidelines (14 CAC 1569.1, 1569.6) have been 
      established for chaparral management in order to minimize damage from 
      chaparral management practices. These guidelines shall be a part of the 
      management plan submitted by an applicant. The management plan should 
      demonstrate compliance with applicable sections of this article.
