      Except as otherwise indicated in this article, definitions of terms used 
      in the SWRCB-promulgated portions of this subdivision shall be those set 
      forth in Division 7 (commencing with Section 13000) of the Water Code, or 
      Chapter 6.5 of Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code (commencing with 
      Section 25100).
