      s 20390. SWRCB - Water Quality Protection Standard (Water Standard). (C15: 
      s2550.2)

      (a) Components & Duration -For each Unit, the RWQCB shall establish a 
      water quality protection standard (Water Standard) in the WDRs. This Water 
      Standard shall consist of the list of constituents of concern (under 
      s20395), the concentration limits (under s20400), and the Point of 
      Compliance and all Monitoring Points (under s20405). This Water Standard 
      shall apply during the active life of the Unit, the closure period, the 
      post-closure maintenance period, and during any compliance period (under 
      s20410).

      (b) Program-Specific Water Standards -If a discharger is conducting a 
      detection monitoring program in conjunction with a corrective action 
      program for a Unit [pursuant to s20385(c)], the RWQCB may establish 
      separate Water Standards for each program.
