      s 106. Floodway Modifications.

      If, after the adoption of the designated floodway and floodway 
      encroachment lines, the board determines that conditions have changed 
      sufficiently to necessitate altering the lines, the board may, at any 
      regularly noticed meeting, make modifications to the designated floodway 
      as it deems to be appropriate.
