s 125. Retaining Walls.
(a) Retaining walls within an adopted plan of flood control must comply
with the following requirements:
(1) Retaining walls greater than three (3) feet in height must be designed
by a licensed civil engineer.
(2) Retaining walls may be of reinforced concrete, concrete gravity
section, or of equivalent material and durability.
(3) Retaining walls in the landside levee slope must have appropriate
features that intercept seepage and prevent particle migration.
