      s 1300.75.4.6. Department Costs.

      The Department's costs incurred in the administration of Health and Safety 
      Code Sections 1347.15 and 1375.4 shall come from amounts paid by plans, 
      except specialized plans, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1356.
