      s 1300.81. Removal of Books and Records from State.

      The books and records of a plan, management company, solicitor firm, and 
      any provider or subcontractor providing health care or other services to a 
      plan, management company, or solicitor firm shall not be removed from this 
      state without the prior consent of the Director.
