      s 1300.99.7. Application for Conversion or Restructuring.

      An application for conversion or restructuring pursuant to Article 11 
      (commencing with Section 1399.70) of the Act shall be filed as a Notice of 
      Material Modification pursuant to Rule 1300.52.1.
