      s 305. Civil Engineering Supervision of Construction.

      The work of construction, enlargement, repair, alteration or removal of a 
      dam or reservoir shall be under the responsible charge of a civil engineer 
      who is registered pursuant to California law or of such other person as 
      may be permitted under the provisions of the Business and Professions Code 
      to assume responsible charge of such work.
