      s 313. Automatic Approval of Applications.

      Applications approved in accordance with Government Code section 65956 
      shall contain the terms and conditions set forth in section 311. Such 
      approvals may be revoked or modified at any time and under any conditions 
      which would apply to any other approval granted under Division 3, Part 1 
      of the Water Code.
