      s 333. Periodic Review.

      In addition to the times specified in Section 332, the department shall 
      retain a review board at least once every five years to review the 
      operational performance of department owned dams. The Federal Power 
      Commission's five year independent review may be substituted if it is 
      comparable to the review required by this article.
