      s 370.20. Rental Differential Payment to Owner-Occupant for Less Than 180 
      Days but Not Less Than 90 Days Who Rents a Replacement Dwelling.

      (a) General. A displaced owner-occupant otherwise eligible under Section 
      370.17 (a) except that he has owned and occupied the dwelling for less 
      than 180 days but not less than 90 days and elects to rent a replacement 
      dwelling is eligible for a rental differential payment not to exceed 
      $4,000.00.

      (b) Computation and Disbursement of Payment. The payment will be computed 
      and disbursed in accordance with the provisions of Section 370.21 (b), (c) 
      and (d) except that the present rental rate shall be economic rent as 
      determined by market data.
