      s 370.22. Replacement Housing Payment to Tenant-Occupant for Not Less Than 
      90 Days Who Purchases a Replacement Dwelling.

      (a) General. A displaced tenant eligible for a rental replacement housing 
      payment under Section 370.21 (a) who elects to purchase a replacement 
      dwelling is eligible to receive an amount, not to exceed $4,000.00, to 
      enable him to make a downpayment on the purchase of a comparable 
      replacement dwelling including the expenses incident to such purchase.

      (b) Computation of Payment. The payment shall be computed in accordance 
      with the provisions of Section 370.19 (b).
