HISTORY

1. New section filed 10-1-87; operative 10-7-87 pursuant to
Government Codesection 11346.2(d) (Register 87, No. 41).

2. Editorial correction of printing error adding new first paragraph,
designation of subsection (a) and subsection renumbering, and adding new
subsections (b)-(b)(6) filed 7-10-89 (Register 93, No. 20).

3. Amendment of section heading and text filed 9-28-94 as an emergency;
operative 9-28-94 (Register 94, No. 39). A Certificate of Compliance must
be
transmitted to OAL by 1-26-95 or emergency language will be repealed by
operation of law on the following day.

4. Certificate of Compliance as to 9-28-94 order transmitted to OAL
12-16-94
