HISTORY

1. Repealer and new section filed 9-28-94 as an emergency; operative
9-28-94
(Register 94, No. 39). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to
OAL by 1-26-95 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law
on
the following day. For prior history, see Register 93, No. 20.

2. Certificate of Compliance as to 9-28-94 order including new designator
(a)
transmitted to OAL 12-16-94 and filed 1-31-95 (Register 95, No. 5).

3. Amendment of subsection (b) filed 6-1-98 as an emergency; operative
6-1-98
(Register 98, No. 23). Pursuant to Government Code section 15373.07, a
Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 11-30-98 or
emergency
language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.

4. Certificate of Compliance as to 6-1-98 order transmitted to OAL
