HISTORY

1. Renumbering of former section 5319 to section 5317 and new section
filed 9-
28-94 as an emergency; operative 9-28-94 (Register 94, No. 39). A
Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 1-26-95 or
emergency
language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day. For
prior
history, see Register 87, No. 41.

2. Certificate of Compliance as to 9-28-94 order transmitted to OAL
12-16-94
and filed 1-31-95 (Register 95, No. 5).

3. Amendment of section heading and subsections (a) and (b), and new
subsections (c)-(c)(3) filed 6-1-98 as an emergency; operative 6-1-98
(Register
98, No. 23). Pursuant to Government Code section 15373.07, a Certificate
of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 11-30-98 or emergency language
will
