HISTORY

pursuant to title 1, section 100, California Code of Regulations (Register

3. Amendment filed 9-28-94 as an emergency; operative 9-28-94 (Register

No. 39). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 1-26-95
or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the
