ARTICLE 2. APPLICATION PROCESS

s 5416. Private Sector Participants.

The application shall include a certification that each private sector
participant, together with its affiliates, if any, complies with either
(a) or (b) below:
(a) it is a California company; or

(b) the private sector participant is:

(1) a California-based foundation;

(2) an industry association; or

(3) a nonprofit cooperative association.
