CHAPTER 7.71. DEFENSE CONVERSION MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM

s 5477. Proposal Endorsement.

An Applicant shall be authorized to apply to the Office or Alliance for
either funding or an endorsement. The Applicant applying for an
endorsement shall follow the same procedure as an Applicant requesting
funding. Applicants shall comply with Solicitation deadlines and all other
requirements contained in the Solicitation and these regulations. The
Council shall endorse any Proposal which would have been awarded a funding
recommendation.
