CHAPTER 7.95. TRADE AND COMMERCE AGENCY: REPAIR UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK
LOAN PROGRAM

s 5903. Application Availability and Completion Review.

(a) Applications shall be available from, and the Applicant shall submit
one (1) signed copy of all information requested in the Application to the
following address: Technology, Trade and Commerce Agency, Office of Small
Business, 1017 J Street, Sacramento, California 95814, Attention: RUST
Program.

(b) The Office shall review each Application to determine whether the
Application is complete. No later than ten (10) days following receipt of
a Loan Application and no later than thirty (30) days following receipt of
a Grant Application, the Office shall either:

(1) Send a letter to the Applicant indicating that the Application
is incomplete and specifying the steps, if any, which the Applicant
must take to correct identified deficiencies; or

(2) Send a letter to the Applicant indicating that the Application
is complete.

HISTORY
