SUBCHAPTER 1. MINIMUM CONDITIONS

The governing board of a community college district shall:
(a) adopt regulations consistent with the standards of scholarship
contained in Subchapter 9 (commencing with Section 55750) of Chapter 6;

(b) file a copy of its regulations, and any amendments thereto, with the
Chancellor; and

(c) substantially comply with its regulations and the regulations of the
Board of Governors pertaining to standards of scholarship.
