SUBCHAPTER 1. MINIMUM CONDITIONS

The governing board of a community college district shall:
(a) adopt regulations consistent with regulations contained in Subchapter
10 (commencing with Section 55800) of Chapter 6;

(b) file a copy of its regulations and any amendments thereto with the
Chancellor; and

(c) substantially comply with its regulations and the regulations of the
Board of Governors pertaining to degrees and certificates.
