(1) The material is designed or organized by duly qualified faculty.

(2) The material is presented in a logically organized manner or sequence
to students.

(3) The institution establishes specific learning outcomes tied to the
sequence of the presentation of the material to measure the students'
learning of the material.

(4) The learning outcomes are evaluated by duly qualified faculty.
