ARTICLE 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

s 71020. Vocational Diploma Programs Offered by Degree-Granting
Institutions.

Vocational diploma programs offered by an institution approved under
Section 94310 of the Code shall be subject to (a) Article 2.5, as de fined
in Section 73000(c), unless the institution or the program is exempt from
Article 2.5 pursuant to Section 94316.1 of the Code and (b) Sections
73210, 73700, 73710, 73720, and 73730 of Chapter 4 of this division.
