ARTICLE 2. APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL TO OPERATE AND OFFER EDUCATIONAL
PROGRAMS

If the institution offers an educational program in a language other than
English, the application shall contain a description of all of the
following for each educational program.
(a) The number of students grouped by the language in which they are
fluent.

(b) The language in which the educational program will be offered to each
language group of students.

(c) The number of faculty who will teach each language group of students
and the faculty's qualifications to teach in that language.

(d) The language of the textbooks and other written materials to be used
by each language group of students.

HISTORY

emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following
