ARTICLE 2. APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL TO OPERATE AND OFFER EDUCATIONAL
PROGRAMS

The application shall include a description of library holdings, services,
and other learning resources, including policies and procedures for
supplying them to students who do not receive classroom instruction. The
description need not consist of a list of each holding. The description
shall include an explanation of how the library and other learning
resources are sufficient to support the instructional needs of students
and, if no facilities exist at the institution, how and when students may
obtain access to a library and other learning resources.

HISTORY
