ARTICLE 10. REQUIREMENTS FOR BRANCH AND SATELLITE LOCATIONS

(a) Only educational services that are approved at the main location shall
be offered at the branch.

(b) For the purpose of conducting onsite inspections and evaluations,
hotel conference rooms, faculty offices, and homes are not considered
branches.

HISTORY
