ARTICLE 11. INSTITUTIONAL OPERATING STANDARDS

(a) An institution shall have a written statement of its mission,
purposes, and objectives. The mission, purposes, and objectives shall
indicate the kind of education offered, for whom the instruction is
intended and the expected outcomes for graduates.

(b) The institution shall document that its educational programs and
educational programs are based on its stated mission, purposes, and
objectives and that its facilities and equipment, financial resources,
administrative capabilities, faculty, library and other learning
resources, and student services are sufficient to achieve its stated
mission, purposes, and objectives.

HISTORY
