(a) The Master's Degree may only be awarded to students who demonstrate at
least the achievement of learning in a designated major field that is
equivalent in depth to that normally acquired in a minimum of 30 semester
units or its equivalent in other units of credit or one year of study
beyond the bachelor's degree.
